Roberts Samtiņš

Co-founder and the head of AJ Power, the largest private energy group in Latvia. Specialises in business growth and the development of new energy services. More than 10 years of experience in the energy sector. Knowledge and practical experience in managing energy and circular economy projects. Holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Professional Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from BA School of Business and Finance (BASBF).

Anna Rozīte

Project evaluation and management, issues relating to the regulation of the circular economy, the development of EU and national policies in the energy sector. More than 12 years of experience in the energy sector. Since 2012, provides financial advice and project management services to the largest private and public sector electricity and natural gas consumers in Latvia, as well as renewable energy producers. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business from SSE Riga and a master's degree in economics and business management with specialisation in energy from the NHH Norwegian School of Economics.

Mārtiņš Mežinskis

Evaluation of projects and provision of legal support. Since 2008, member of the Latvian Council of Sworn Advocates. Previously worked as a partner at Wallace law firm. Specializes in commercial, energy law and dispute settlement, both in courts of general jurisdiction and in foreign arbitral tribunals. Professional education in law acquired from the Faculty of Law of the University of Latvia in 2006. Has started his master’s studies in the Law and Finance programme of Riga Graduate School of Law.

Krišjānis Baidekalns

More than 7 years of experience in the energy and finance sector. Responsible for the financial management of the largest private energy group of companies in Latvia AJ Power, as well as for assessing and developing new activities (trade in natural gas, solar projects). Holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business from SSE Riga.
