In June 2021, the Financial and Capital Market Commission (FCMC) registered a new alternative investment fund manager (AIFM): AJP Capital. The newly created funds will give investors the opportunity to make investments in renewables and other circular economy projects.
Funds managed by AJP Capital will invest in projects that contribute to the environmental goals set out in the European Union Taxonomy regulation. These investment projects will include energy generation from renewable sources, infrastructure development and adjustment to the circular economy, energy efficiency, and transport.

Currently, the first investment projects are being selected and assessed, and potential fund investors evaluated.
